SWOT Analysis Template
Updated: Jul 15, 2021
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. A SWOT Analysis is a technique for assessing these four aspects of your business.
You can use SWOT Analysis to make the most of what you've got, to your organization's best advantage. And you can reduce the chances of failure, by understanding what you're lacking, and eliminating hazards that would otherwise catch you off guard.
Dojoit enables you to make the session engaging and interactive – ensuring that everyone feels their voice is heard.
Here's how you run a SWOT session
First, create a Dojoit board, load the template on the board, and invite participants to the board.
Now you're ready to start the session with your team. Fill out the SWOT based on these questions:
List Strengths: What do customers and users like best about your product, service, or process? What do you do better than competitors? What unique advantages do you have?
List Weaknesses: What problems or complaints do you hear most from customers? What do you see as your biggest current obstacles? What advantages do your competitors have that your company does not yet have?
List Opportunities: How can you improve your product and services? What capabilities and messaging resonate most with your users? Are there resources or tools you could further leverage to your advantage?
List Threats: What external factors are impacting the success of your organization, products, and services. These factors can be wide-ranging – economic factors, competitors, emerging technology, staff turnover, etc.
How to use the SWOT Template on a Dojoit board
You have two options:
Option 1: Select from within the board
Option 2: Download and upload to your board
1. Download the template to your desktop/downloads folder
2. Unzip the downloaded file
3. Drag the unzipped SVG file from your desktop/downloads folder to the board
